From Beverly Bootstraps: "Leadership, confidence, understanding, and volunteering are some of the defining traits of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and Troop 70331 is getting started early! These second graders gathered together and with teamwork and great energy prepared 104 snack bags that will be given out in our Food Pantry. Way to go!" Yes they do! Great work, Girl Scouts!

I had reached out to the Rev earlier in the year in hopes of getting something set up for my troop and they said they would be in touch with details as they were doing a big Girl Scout night. Naturally I will be out of town this weekend, but thought I would make sure all Beverly Girl Scouts saw this!!

Boston will be Green tomorrow night for Girl Scouts.

Keep your eyes open tonight and Saturday night as the Fore River Bridge in Quincy/Weymouth, Burns Bridge in Worcester, natural gas tank in Dorchester, Zakim Bridge and Longfellow Bridge, 888 Boylston Street, and the Boylston Plaza in Boston will be lit up in green for Girl Scouts!
