Today, we honor the nurses and frontline health workers who make cervical cancer prevention possible.

They educate, test, treat, and most importantly... they show up.

Happy International Nurses Day!

Did you know that cervical cancer is almost 100% preventable?

Over 99% of cervical cancers are caused by Human papillomavirus (HPV). By testing for HPV, we can catch abnormalities early and prevent cervical cancer from developing.

Every woman deserves the opportunity to protect herself from cervical cancer, no matter where she lives. That’s why we’re bringing HPV testing and treatment to women in rural regions of Kenya.

Join our mission of eliminating cervical cancer by donating today.

Say hello to Adriano, our lab technologist, who runs our mobile laboratory bringing cervical cancer screening to women in rural communities in Kenya!

In Kenya, less than 16% of women have ever been screened for cervical cancer. Our mobile clinic is committed to bringing life-saving HPV testing to even the most remote regions.

Donate today to help us bring our mobile laboratory to more women in Kenya.

Cervical cancer is a disease of inequity. Over 350,000 women die from cervical cancer, not because we lack the medicine or tools to treat it, but rather because these remain out of reach.

CureCervicalCancer is committed to reducing the inequities of cervical cancer by bringing screening and treatment to high-need regions in Kenya.

Follow along as we work to fight the health injustices of cervical cancer. 💪🩵

Meet Eunice, a cervical cancer survivor who received life-saving care through our Mobile Health for Mamas program.

As a 46-year-old mother, she knew how important it was to protect her health and was excited when a CureCervicalCancer community health worker brought free HPV testing to her home. After being diagnosed with advanced cervical cancer, she was enrolled in our Patient Navigation program to receive referral care and financial aid. Now, cancer free, Eunice is a women’s health advocate in her own community.

Your support goes towards saving the lives of women like Eunice. Will you join us in ending the epidemic of cervical cancer by donating today?

Did you know that cervical cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths among women in Kenya? The tragedy is that these deaths are almost 100% preventable through early screening and treatment.

Since 2021, CureCervicalCancer has reached over 50,000 women with HPV testing and over 8,300 women with treatment.

By donating $25 today, you can help us bring life-saving screening and treatment to a woman in Kenya through our mobile clinic.

Eliminating cervical cancer takes a village 💪🏾 And in rural Kenya, that village starts with trusted leaders.

CureCervicalCancer partners with local chiefs and elders to spread awareness about cervical cancer prevention and build the trust needed to make our mobile clinics successful and sustainable.

Meet Patrick Chaenza (center), Assistant Chief of Muembe Ward, Vihiga County. Patrick knew his community was losing women to cervical cancer—but didn’t know how it could be prevented. Through our community sensitization meetings, he learned how mobile clinics can save lives. Today, he’s a powerful advocate for women’s health, calling on men and fellow leaders to help destigmatize cervical cancer care.

We can eliminate cervical cancer within our lifetimes, but only if we work together. 🤝🏾
