Working Dreams Prom Event 2024 was a great success! Thank you to our Friday Set-up Volunteers and Saturday Event Volunteers. You all are fabulous, we love our volunteers!

Thank you to Faithful Central Bible Church for their support and use of a room in their beautiful Tabernacle Building.

Thank you to the Christian Entertainment Guild for their partnership and bringing makeup and hair artists for the girls!

Thank you Bee Darlin' and Black Halo for your dress donations, they were spectacular, and the girls had so much fun choosing their dresses from these premier clothing companies!

We also had evening purses, makeup and jewelry to help the girls complete their Prom Look.

Throughout the years, we have gathered new toys, books, clothing, basketballs and gift cards for children in the Los Angeles County Foster Care system. Thanks to our generous donors, the Holiday Gift Giveaway and Holiday Party grows larger and larger yearly, allowing Working Dreams to service increasingly more Foster Children. The Working Dreams Gift Giveaway and Holiday Party is the largest gift giveaway for Foster Youth on the West Coast.

Working Dreams wants to thank the First Responders, the Medical Personnel, the Grocery Workers, Journalists and everyone that is going above and beyond to keep us all safe, fed and informed during this difficult time of covid-19.

Whether you are self-quarantining or working, please remember to follow the guidelines for our health-

Maintain 6 feet Social Distancing

Yesterday we celebrated Kym's Birthday. She is a St. Patrick's Day baby and yes, her favorite color is... you guessed it, green! Happy Birthday, Kym!!!!

Working Dreams Prom Dress Event 2020 has been cancelled.

Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, much discussion and news monitoring, we realize we need to cancel our Prom Dress Event 2020 scheduled for this Saturday, March 2, 2020.

While it saddens us to have to do this, we believe this is the most socially responsible course of action to take at this time.

We are currently planning for our Holiday Toy Event 2020, scheduled for Monday, December 21, 2020.
