If you consistently set goals each year that you don’t reach, maybe you need to check your foundation.
Make 2026 the year you take control of your menstrual health.
Start by listening to your body, genuinely listening.
Not checking a box because it’s in front of you on the app, but describe exactly what’s happening.
Get familiar.
Learn your body’s language.
Then tackle your goals.

Share this with a friend who needs to be reminded to get back to basics!

3 surprising things we learned teaching menstrual health to 12-15 year olds👇🏻

1. Girls want to talk about periods.
But when parents are in the room, sometimes they hold back; not because they don’t trust their moms, but because they need a neutral, judgement free space to ask all the questions.

2. They mostly engage when something feels off.
Cramps, mood swings, bloating..once they feel it in their own bodies, that’s when the questions start. Discomfort drives curiosity.

3. They think period is the whole story.
The truth is the entire cycle impacts energy, emotions, and hormones all month long. Teaching the whole cycle helps them make sense of themselves.

Join us for the final Flow & Glow Period Party Workshop!

Over the summer we’ve:
✨Made bracelets to represent our cycles
✨Talked about what’s normal (and what’s not) when it comes to periods
✨Learned what the full menstrual cycle looks like
✨Gained confidence in having real, open conversations about our bodies

This weekend, we’re bringing it all together, reviewing everything we’ve learned and talking about how we can use this knowledge to take care of ourselves now and in the future.

These sessions are such a powerful space for girls to:
🌸Feel more comfortable talking about periods
🌸Understand their cycles
🌸Know who to go to for help and support

Your cycle is your superpower and knowing what’s happening in each phase helps you sync your life with your body.
Here’s a guide for activities that works with hormones, not against them.

🩸Menstrual Phase: Inward, reflective. You may crave rest, quiet time, journaling, or gentle movement.

🌱Follicular Phase: Optimistic, social. You might feel energized to try new things meet people and start projects.

🌸Ovulatory Phase: Confident, magnetic. You may want to connect, plan, gatherings, or do high energy activities.

🍂Luteal Phase: Cozy, grounding. You might prefer nesting, organizing, or slower paced hobbies.

Which phase are you in right now?💬👇🏼

Just because something is common, doesn’t mean it’s normal.
If your period is disrupting your life cycle after cycle, it’s a signal and shouldn’t be ignored.

Here are 3 signs to pay attention to:
💊Painful periods
😵‍💫Mood swings
🩸Blood clots

If you start noticing these, it’s time to get checked. Start by tracking your symptoms, not just in an app, but writing everything down. This makes you think more about what you’re putting in your body, rather than going on autopilot and checking things off in an app. Bring your notes to a specialist who understands the menstrual cycle.

If you don’t know where to start, go to our website and navigate to the directory, we have plenty of specialists listed ready to help!

Have you experienced any of these symptoms?
