Today, we share this with full hearts: Arash’s surgery was successful.
There are moments when community becomes medicine, and this was one of them.

After the initial consultation — and after speaking with multiple specialists — it became clear that Arash needed more than one procedure. Many surgeons agreed that, given his condition, the safest path was to place a shunt and perform a kidney surgery.
The previous option carried major risks, and offered no guarantee of a stable outcome.
This new plan gave him the best chance at life.

To everyone who donated, shared, prayed, and stood with him — thank you.
To op.dr.feridunkubilay and his incredible team, thank you for giving Arash not only medical care, but hope.

And to Iranians across the world who refused to look away: your solidarity made this possible.

We are forever grateful that we were able to help facilitate this moment of healing. 💙

امروز با دلی سرشار از امید این خبر را با شما به اشتراک می‌گذاریم: عمل جراحی آرش با موفقیت انجام شد.

گاهی لحظاتی پیش می‌آید که «جامعه» خود تبدیل به درمان می‌شود، و این یکی از همان لحظات بود.

بعد از معاینه اولیه — و پس از گفتگو با چندین متخصص — مشخص شد که آرش به بیش از یک عمل نیاز دارد. بسیاری از جراحان تأیید کردند که با توجه به شرایط او، امن‌ترین گزینه این است که یک شانت قرار داده شود و جراحی کلیه هم انجام گیرد.
گزینه قبلی ریسک بسیار بالایی داشت و هیچ تضمینی برای نتیجه‌ای پایدار ارائه نمی‌کرد.
این برنامه جدید بهترین شانس را برای زنده ماندن و بهبود به او می‌داد.

به همه کسانی که کمک مالی کردند، خبر را منتشر کردند، دعا کردند و کنار آرش ایستادند — سپاسگزاریم.
به آقای op.dr.feridunkubilay@ و تیم فوق‌العاده‌شان، برای اینکه نه‌تنها مراقبت پزشکی، بلکه امید را به آرش هدیه دادند، از صمیم قلب ممنونیم.

و به ایرانیان سرتاسر جهان که چشم نپوشیدند: همبستگی شما این لحظه را ممکن کرد.

ما همیشه قدردانیم که توانستیم در فراهم کردن این لحظه‌ی درمان و آرامش نقش کوچکی داشته باشیم. 💙

One of the weapons the Islamic Republic uses is forced confession.

They torture you. They isolate you. They threaten to harm your family—until you say what they want. This is character assassination.

I made a promise to myself that I would never watch those videos.
And I never did.

After AmirHossein Mousavi’s videos were aired, he later wrote a letter to the Iranian people. That letter—I honor and I share.
That’s the real Amir Hossein.

To all Iranians and our community:
Never watch those coerced confessions. Never share them. Don’t judge them.
You never know how you would react under severe torture.
That’s exactly what the Islamic Republic wants us to do.

Let’s deny them that power.

We are not just resisting—we are reclaiming. Every effort, every voice, and every vision for a free Iran brings us closer to a reality where our people no longer live in fear but in dignity and hope. This movement is proof that even after decades of repression, the spirit of Iran remains unbroken. And when that day of freedom comes—and it will—we will not just celebrate; we will rebuild, heal, and drive forward the national recovery that will restore Iran to its true strength.

Thank you, for making this possible and for bringing Iranians from across the world together to stand united in this vision.

I had the privilege of presenting a space where our trauma transforms into our strength—a national recovery program that allows us to celebrate every culture, every religion, every ethnicity, and every gender, creating an Iran that truly belongs to all of us.

There is no ‘I’ in this work; this vision would not have been possible without the collaborative efforts of .rezamohaghegh and Shahine Tavakoli who all believe in a future built on justice, unity, and healing.🕊️

Speaking the truth after surviving torture means reliving the deepest wounds—again and again. It takes unimaginable courage. These survivors are NOT the enemy. The Islamic Republic of Iran is. It has stolen a part of them that can never be restored, yet they stand, they speak, and they refuse to be silenced. Their resilience is a testament to the fight for justice.

Reach out to your friends, family, or your support system —you may have more in common with others than you think.

Also- it’s natural to wonder “what if,” and to struggle to make sense of loss. These thoughts are part of the journey, and they’re reminders that we’re human. Let’s support each other through this.
