Three days. One rising family.

The inaugural Farr's Best Family Leadership Summit wrapped up this Juneteenth weekend in Rancho Cordova — and what a weekend it was.

Day 01 – The Juneteenth Exchange
We opened with an economic and leadership summit honoring innovation and community, closing out the evening with a Cocktail Reception and Juneteenth Celebration Dinner.

Day 02 – The Leadership Summit
Our headline day at Sacramento State University brought powerful main-stage sessions and panel conversations on family leadership. It was also the day we launched the Farr's Best Student Speech & Debate Scholarship — proud to announce our first recipient, Aiden Wates-Gee, who will be attending St. Mary's College of Maryland this fall.

Day 03 – Father's Day Celebration
We closed the weekend with a Father's Day Gospel Brunch honoring Clarence B. Jones, featuring special guest Willie C. Hooks, author of Under the Fig Tree, before heading out for a family-friendly Day on the River.

Thank you to every family who showed up, every speaker who poured into the room, and every partner and sponsor who made this weekend possible — including our Anchor Partner, the City of Rancho Cordova, and Presenting Partners American First Credit Union and Sacramento State University.

This is what it looks like when families align, grow, and succeed — together.
