Posting this is very hard for me. As you know Point Of Love Foundation has adopted a nursing home that the Elders were left behind. They did not have any family or anyone to care for them. Most of you are part of caring for our sweet elders by donating blankets, hats, scarves, warm, sweaters, jackets, hygiene, coloring books, crayons , plants, CD players and music and your monetary donations to assist us with these sweet elders.

This beautiful soul is Ms.Lavern she spent her life caring for others as a nurse, she sang in her church choir (she loved to sing) her favorite color was pink, she gave all to help others, she did not have any children or any family.

This morning I received news that Ms. Lavern is gone. , It has truly been my honor getting to know her. She was such a lovely lady, I only wish I could have spent more time with her.

I wanted to share this with you because a lot of you are a part of blessing, Miss LaVerne and the other elders, even though you were not there physically you were there in kind.

The other elders are doing OK Mr. Prince is hanging in there. If you look down in my past posts, you will see who Mr. Prince is and some of the other elders. I had not posted all of the photos, but there are some there for you to see.
