Our mission is simple: to keep seniors active, engaged, and connected through fun, educational, and social activities. As a board member, you'll help plan local events, day trips, educational seminars, dances, and other programs that enrich the lives of hundreds of seniors throughout the Quad Cities.

Medicare 101

Medicare 101: Understanding Your Medicare Options
Medicare can be confusing—but you don't have to figure it out alone!
Plus 60 invites area seniors to attend Medicare 101, presented by Kevin Klute at Financial Logic. This is an informative seminar designed to help you better understand Medicare and the choices you may face when enrolling or reviewing your coverage.
Whether you are approaching age 65, already enrolled in Medicare, or simply want a better understanding of how your coverage works, this seminar is an opportunity to learn the basics and get your questions answered.
Medicare 101 is intended to be informational and educational, giving participants the knowledge they need to make more informed decisions about their Medicare coverage. Two Convenient Locations: September 29th at Davenport Eastern Library, 6000 Eastern Ave, Davenport. In Illinois on Oct 1st at Western Illinois University, 3300 River Drive, Moline, Illinois. Both locations time is from 1pm – 3pm.

Members Discover Art and Adventure in Downtown Rock Island

Members of the QC Plus 60 Club recently traded in their usual morning routine for an adventure through downtown Rock Island during the club’s Art & Discovery Hike then sharing lunch at the N.E.S.T. Café.

The event gave participants an opportunity to explore downtown Rock Island while searching for and discovering 40 unique pieces of art throughout the area. Members were divided into five teams and challenged to see how many pieces of art they could find during the adventure.

Following the hike, participants gathered at N.E.S.T. Café for lunch. The café provided a delicious meal and the perfect opportunity for members to relax, visit with friends and share stories about their discoveries during the morning.
