FFQC Let's Eat Out at Exotic Thai Restaurant in Davenport Iowa was a blast! Our two guests decided to join our club after a little time with our members while at this LEO. The sweet thai tea creme brule came with an orchid (which was edible), the menu had a large selection, including crab rangoon wonton, and the decor was wonderful. It is good to try new things!

Friendship Force Quad Cities enjoyed Let's Eat Out at the Dynasty buffet in Davenport on Elmore. The large selection of food made it everyone's favorite that day, from fresh Mongolian grill where you select each ingredient, american favorites like pizza and fried chicken nuggets, traiditonal Chinese including three soups (egg drop, sweet and sour and won ton), a fruit bar, salad bar, dessert bar. FFQC members and guests enjoyed lunch at Stout's Irish pub to help celebrate the month of St Patrick's Day. The pork tenderloin sandwiches came breaded or grilled, and the French dip covered with melted cheese. We all had a fun time together.

It is so important that people still care about building friendships which builds peace throughout the world. See how this club is celebrating 30 years.

It's celebration time! Join The Friendship Force of Oregon's Mid-Willamette Valley , to mark their 30th anniversary, on April 9 at 4:00 p.m. US Pacific Time.
The club formally began with a meeting of twenty-two world-peace-thinking individuals. They met on August 17, 1992, at the public library in Albany, Oregon, where the members still meet today. Several of those individuals had previously gone on journeys with other Friendship Force clubs and wanted to bring the joys of Friendship Force to western Oregon. In this celebration event, you will learn about some of the club’s history, hear from our first president, and enjoy stories from those who have been involved in our club for several decades.
Please join us in this celebration of 30 years! Register here:

FFQC held their first in person event since covid restrictions in March of 2020. We had a Parking Lot LEO... Bringing our own lunches and lawn chairs to the Bettendorf Presbyterian Church parking lot. Most have received Covid-19 vaccinations. After going around to update everyone, President Barb Jacobson set up three groups for a trivia contest. Chocolate kisses were rewards for the participants. It was terrific to see each other face to face once again. Other activities are being planed.
