In support of the Knights of Columbus “Aid and Support After Pregnancy” (ASAP) Program, the Lourdes KofC St. Bernedette Council is sponsoring a Matching Gift Fund Raiser.

Donations will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $1000 with an overall goal of raising $2000. Through ASAP, for every $500.00 a council donates to a qualifying pregnancy resource center (up to $2000.00) the Knights of Columbus National Supreme Council will donate $100.00 more.

By meeting our fund-raising goal, we will be able to donate $2,400 to the Woman’s Choice Center. Donations can be dropped off at the office or put into the Sunday collections basket – label the donations as “Knights – ASAP Donation.” Any amount helps!

Scott is the Knights Financial Secretary. Donations accepted through June 28th. You can send a check to the Knights via to Scott Inman, 6406 Dodds Dr., Bettendorf Iowa 52722 or via Venmo@Scott-I-32. Thank-you for your generosity.

Lourdes Knights of Columbus – Women’s Choice Center Hike for Life

The Our Lady of Lourdes Knights of Columbus are sponsoring a team for the Women’s Choice Center Hike for Life 2026.

Date: Saturday, May 9
Location: Veterans Memorial Park, 1645 23rd Street, Bettendorf
Registration: 8:30 AM
Hike: About 1 mile out and 1 mile back

Hikers, cheering supporters, and donations are all welcome. Breakfast, pizza, and snacks will be served at the pavilion.

You can participate in the hike, cheer on the hikers from the pavilion, or support the event with a donation.

What a fantastic night at the Our Lady of Lourdes Fish Fry in Bettendorf! The turnout was incredible, and it was clear from the moment doors opened that this was going to be something special.

The atmosphere was full of energy—families, friends, and neighbors coming together, sharing laughs, and enjoying a great meal. The fish was perfectly cooked, the sides were on point, and the volunteers absolutely crushed it. You could tell a lot of effort went into making sure everything ran smoothly, and it showed in every detail.

Events like this don’t just happen—they’re built by people who care. From the kitchen crew to those organizing, serving, and welcoming guests, it was a full team effort that paid off. Bettendorf showed up, and the community spirit was strong all night.

If tonight was any indication, this fish fry isn’t just a meal—it’s a tradition worth showing up for. Huge thanks to everyone who made it happen and to everyone who came out to support it. Already looking forward to the next one!
