This has been such a blessing. It is only possible with each and every donation. Two more students will receive shoes. The focus will change to raising money to give as many students new shoes as possible for the next school year.

I woke up this morning reflecting on the blessing you all have provided for students. This month a very special student is picking out a pair of shoes and as I listened to their story, you can see how God intervenes and weaves every detail of our lives. The timing for them this month was perfect. I’m so thankful for you all and I’m so thankful we have a mighty God who also works in fine detail.

Yesterday, we gave away the first pair of shoes. The student picked a unique pair that took time to track down and get in. They were over the moon with excitement and shaking as they opened them. This is what it is all about. I had the opportunity to share with them that this was all because people care, and their donations made it possible because they wanted to share love. Again, I cannot thank you enough. Hoping to pull in our February student today to find out what they want and need.

New Souls is nonprofit that wants to give underprivileged youth a boost of confidence and show them they are loved through the gift of shoes.

It is our goal to give away high end, trendy shoes to students who would normally be without. We hope to give away at least one pair per month.

We believe that boosting self confidence through a small act such as this, can truly make a difference in a young persons life. We hope to expand and reach as many youth as possible in the future.
