"NEVER FORGET" Needs to be more than a slogan or bumper sticker.
September 11, 2026 will make 25 years since the murder of so many. As the years have gone by many more have passed due to 9/11 related cancers. The Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund is creating a 25th Rememberance Jounal to all those lost and those first responders who continue to serve.
Please support this effort by placing an add in the Journal showing all first responders and their families you have not forgotten.
Contact the Terry Fund at www.terryfund.org or [email protected] for more information on how to help.
The Terry Fund has helped so many. Time to show your support.

The Jenkins Volunteer Fire Department is honored to accept the generous donation of a rescue boat from the Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund . This critical asset moves our community a significant step forward—from a community in need to a community better prepared.

This vessel, now designated Rescue Boat 1, was previously in service with the The Melrose Fire Company Inc. , where it was instrumental in rescuing upwards of 200 people. We are grateful to inherit such a proven and vital piece of equipment.

With this acquisition, we will now pursue the necessary training and gear to establish a dedicated swift water rescue team. While we hope this boat is rarely needed, the recent flooding events have made it clear that preparedness is essential. Thank you to the Terry Farrell Foundation and the legacy of the Melrose Fire Company, we are now one step closer to safeguarding our community.
