Register today for NAMI Lehigh Valley’s Family-to-Family education program.

This free, 8-session course is designed for family members and friends of people living with mental health conditions. Participants will gain practical tools for communication, problem-solving, coping, self-care, crisis preparation and more in a supportive, understanding environment.

For your convenience, the class is being offered both virtually and in-person.

Registration is now open for NAMI Lehigh Valley’s fall Peer-to-Peer program.

Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-week educational program for adults living with mental health conditions who are interested in building practical tools for wellness and recovery.

Through guided discussion, interactive activities and shared experiences, participants will explore topics such as stress management, coping strategies, communication and maintaining overall well-being.

The fall session will meet online via Zoom on Mondays from September 14 through November 2, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 PM.

Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
