Access Services We are the Transition into Independence Program (TIP). We service transition youth and young adults We also use a problem solving acronym called SODAS.

The Transition into Independence Process program utilizes many different resources with transition youth. We help acclimate our youth population with those resources that they may need to transition into independence. Short for Situation, Options, Disadvantages, Advantages, and lastly, the Solution. In most cases, the Advantages part of the strategy will come before the Disadvantage part.
