All runners this morning!!! 🙌🏼 Martina Walsh pushed me to run my fastest pace yet!!! Felix Seijas kept up a great pace too!!!!

Not only did the burn, the challenge, and the increased heart rate feel great, reconnecting with this bad ass woman was the best way to start the day!!
