While Nehemiah was building…Sanballat mocked him and tried to discourage him…But Nehemiah discerned the attempt to do him harm and sent word to him: "I am doing a great work and cannot come DOWN. Why should the work stop while I leave to COME DOWN to you?"

Do not come DOWN to the level of any mocker…scoffer…accuser….an antagonizing spirit....or persecutor….MAINTAIN your position...your HIGH place of abiding/ dwelling and complete the work you have been given to do by God….never give attention to a mocking spirit…keep building…and help others who are sent…but not by building a physical building…help them to build up (people)…!

I want to admonish and encourage Leaders/Overseers - as well as others in the Body of Christ.

This is the hour that the Spirit of God is connecting and establishing Teams - Networks and Kingdom Connections… those born out of purity and clothed in authenticity. This is the time that the fake is being exposed…people are seeking genuineness and those who carry the Father’s heart for them. We must begin to see others as God sees them. The apostolic grace allows us to be able to discern those by the Spirit and regard no one according to the flesh.

Many have suffered greatly from feeling displaced, they have roamed and searched for a safe place, a place to be grounded- connected -planted …But they have had a great warfare in doing so for numerous reasons:

1) Decisions to connect based on own feelings and preferences which lead to decisions made without the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

2) Trauma and abuse makes it hard to trust and allow self to get vulnerable enough in relationships to get really grounded and committed and leads to inability to form authentic connections with others. This leads to suspicion and not discernment. So when anything that seems unsafe takes place - or friction of some kind happens - people will begin to protect self and pull back and/or out ....for fear of further wounding. They are not healed from previous experiences…They must find that place of refuge - a safe place - and remain seeking wholeness in the presence of God.

3) They are not yet spiritually mature to allow God to disciple them to a greater extent or choose not to be further processed.

4) Their Season is up within a ministry, a church, a location, a place, etc - time to move on-and so the search for the place to belong- begins again.

Leaders/ Overseers
take heart, because the Spirit of God knows you need help - you need teams for the work at hand. There has been a mass scattering but their will be an even glorious regathering, a reconnecting of such. So many have been getting processed from years of trauma and abuse - but there is a great promise in 1 Peter 5:10…after suffering comes establishing . There are multitudes that shall be established after suffering loss and they are being restored and healed- and they shall be settled and established where the Father has need of them... For they have been prepared for what they will be released to do -and where they are being established for a Kingdom work for the King of Glory! They will be dispatched as Aaron’s and Hurs to uphold your hands and run with the vision with the gifts of God within them.

After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you (1 Peter 5:10)

Everyone in the Kingdom has something g to offer! Every joint of His body is needed. You have something unique in you that God has put in you; Link with God appointed destiny helpers to assist in helping you to bring that out. Recognize who your destiny helpers are in this season and reach out to them. You are needed. Your gift is needed. You will never feel completely fulfilled unless you are doing what God has called you to do….and it doesn’t have to look like what everyone else is doing.

Prophesying to the Nations-

Prophecy is needed for the edification, exhortation, and comfort of believers according to the word of God (1 Corinthians 14:3-4). Individual and personal prophecy is needed in the body of Christ and yet there are still many churches that stifle the spirit of prophecy. And then there are many churches that avail themselves to the spirit of prophecy- but only limit prophecy to personal, individual, or for that body of believers; yet we need to not allow ourselves to be totally and exclusively given to personal, individual, nor corporate prophecy. At some point, there should be a shift - to include prophesying to cities, regions, territories, and nations.

Personal and individual prophecy should be going forth as well as prophesying to the Nations. Your ministry needs to be prophesying, decreeing, and declaring those things which the Lord is saying about your city, your state, your country, etc., as well as the prophesying to other Nations as well. If God can give you a prophetic word for an individual, He can give you a word for another nation(s)- if you avail your ears and eyes to Him and what He is doing globally. In other words, a ministry in South Africa needs to be prophesying and warring over that nation as well as other nations as directed by the Lord. A ministry here in the United States needs to be prophesying and warring over this nation as well as other nations, etc.-as directed by the Lord.

Prophecy is just not limited to personal and individual prophecy. EVERY ministry needs to embrace what God is doing globally; for God is a global God.

The counsel, will, plans, and purposes of the Lord are carried out in the Nations when the elect of God began to open up their mouths and decree and declare as like roaring thunder the very heart of God for the Nations.

Note:
There is a distinction/ difference of the prophetic types. Those who are seers, prophets, etc. versus the corporate ministry of the prophetic word going forth. Not all are prophets but certainly all can avail themselves to the ministry of the prophetic when it is stirred.

Restoration. Recovery.

Beloved, the enemy has trespassed long enough in your life...has stolen too much from you. Its time to recover all. I'm praying for God to reveal strategies of recovery and restoration to you and for strength to endure, and courage to be obedient.

Regions and Territories:

I often wonder why we’re not seeing the change that God has already promised. Where are the prophets and the apostles…and the rest of the gifts? Why are we not gathering as one unified army? Why do we still contend as a one church mentality? Why do we still entertain soulish cliques that impede the advancement of the Kingdom? When we surrender to God, release the gifts to function and we are unified, we will then see greater manifestation.
