We want to share a few events:

1. The Coopersburg Weeding Party has a date and time: Next Monday, 11 August at 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Location is the Coopersburg Meadow Restoration Project located across the street from Coopersburg Public Works, 422 Charles St, Coopersburg, PA, 18036. Mugwort will be the primary target.

2. Native Plant Sale at Hellertown Community Day: Saturday, 16 August from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Location is 570 Durham St in Hellertown, PA, 18020.

3. Native Plant Sale at the Saucon Valley Farmers’ Market: Sunday, 24 August from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Location is next to the Hellertown Area Library at 409 Constitution Ave, Hellertown, PA, 18020.

We are excited about this year's Earth Day Walk and Talk along the D&L Trail in Bethlehem Township! WDIY 88.1 FM is working with the nonprofit TreePennsylvania to plant large, native trees to aid in the revitalization effort at Meadow Park in the Borough of Coopersburg (Lehigh County).

WDIY's annual fundraiser will not only provide essential operational support for the station, but it will also help with a park revitalization effort in Coopersburg by planting native trees.

We are excited about our newest project, the Coopersburg Park Riparian Restoration Project. The purchase and installation of native herbaceous plants and grasses,
woody shrubs and trees, along with tree protection and educational signs. Plantings will take place in the fall of 2024.
