Judith Adele Agentis Charitable Foundation A Charitable Foundation established to provide meals to Hospice Centers; and to provide awareness, education and early detection for Pancreatic Cancer.

Mission
Is a Charitable Foundation established to provide Meals to Hospice Centers and to provide testing, early detection, awareness and education about Pancreatic and Liver and Colon Cancers . Judie’s Table
Provides , through food donations , made by Restaurants, bakery’s and Grocery stores, meals to families visiting their loved ones in Hospice as well as the Hospice Staff who are often unable to have regular meals due to the performance of duties at the Hospice. The food donations are solicited through the foundation. Picked up and delivered to the Hospice by volunteers. Judies Heart;
Since Pancreatic Cancer shows little or no symptoms until late stages, the foundation, will urge individuals to be screened and provide for payment of test , i.e. CAT SCAN , X Ray and MRI’s and Colonoscopies, to at risk individuals who cannot secure a medical scripts for the procedure or do not have medical insurance and cannot afford for payment of the Test. Payments for the test will be secured through donation solicited from individuals, corporation and businesses. The Test will be administered through participating radiology centers both private and institutional.

Always a great place to stop in and dine, The Brick is a mainstay of Bethlehem -a wonderful family place- where Vito and staff turn out creative brick oven made pizzas and Italian favorites, this week Vito and his beautiful mom Fabiola donated to families, and staff at St. Lukes Hospice House of Bethlehem Pa.

Since formally partnering with St. Luke’s in 2020, JAACF has:

Contributed more than $100,000 in direct philanthropic support to St. Luke’s hospice and palliative care programs
Established the Judith Adele Agentis Palliative Care Nursing Education Fund, supporting advanced certification and continuing education for hospice and palliative care nurses
Helped advance the development of a first-of-its-kind Palliative and Hospice Fellowship in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Expanded its philanthropic vision in 2026 with the creation of a new endowment supporting GI Medical Oncology research, with a focus on pancreatic cancer
Dr. Erin Bendas, a palliative care physician at St. Luke’s, shared how the gift has a direct impact on members of the community. “Gifts like this ensure that we can provide not only exceptional medical care but also dignity, comfort and presence for patients and families,” Dr. Bendas said.

The $45,500 gift presented at the gala supports these critical programs and reflects the generosity of attendees, sponsors and donors who believe deeply in St. Luke’s mission.
