This week at 1 Million Cups – Lehigh Valley, Erik Kaye and Jason Lillie, Director of Operations, presented EverLine Coatings & Services. They discussed their expertise in pavement maintenance, including pothole repair, crack filling, sealcoating, and line striping. EverLine also supports warehouses with internal safety striping, painting, and epoxy floor installations, and offers residential services like sealcoating, epoxy floors, and sport court installations.

Last week at 1 Million Cups Lehigh Valley, we had the pleasure of welcoming Steph Fenstermacher, founder of The Buttered Crumb.

From a basement kitchen to a thriving brick-and-mortar bakery, Steph shared the inspiring story of how a small dream turned into a successful local business. She walked us through her journey of growth, navigating customer demand, and the real challenges of building a bakery 100% from scratch.

Her candid insights into entrepreneurship, perseverance, and community support sparked great conversation and left us motivated to keep pushing our own ideas forward. Thank you, Steph, for sharing your story and reminding us that big things often start small.
