Providing dignified transportation for seniors right here in the Lehigh Valley.

ITN Lehigh Valley helps seniors and visually impaired adults stay independent, active, and connected to the people and places that matter most.

They are currently looking for volunteers to be a lifeline in our community.

As a volunteer driver, you:
✔️ Help non-driving seniors maintain independence
✔️ Provide peace of mind to families
✔️ Make meaningful connections
✔️ Choose flexible driving times that fit your schedule

Drive once a week, once a month, weekends — whatever works for you. Training is provided. It’s easy, fulfilling, and makes a real difference.

There are older and visually impaired members of our community who need rides right now.

ITNLehighValley, a nonprofit organization, we are hiring a limited number of part-time paid drivers. Drivers must have a minimum of three days of availability each week, and will work an average of 6-12 hours per week. Paid drivers must be comfortable driving throughout the entire Lehigh Valley - primarily in and around Allentown/Bethlehem/ Easton/ Nazereth area.
Drivers use their own vehicle and receive a stipend for mileage.
We are currently seeking drivers for the following:
- Daytime (some early mornings and evenings available)
- Week Days
Requirements:
- Clean and reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Clean driving record
- Three years minimum driving experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Punctual and able to carefully follow ride schedules
- Comfortable and familiar with Lehigh Valley roads
- Kind and compassionate when working with seniors
- Safe and careful driver
- Reliable week-to-week
- Excellent communication skills
Flexible schedule great for retirees, college students, or anyone looking for supplemental income while making a difference. Base hourly rate of $10.00/hour + mileage stipend.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Mileage reimbursement
Work Location: On the road
