The team had a tremendous showing at the USSSA 14A/Open Eastern National Championships, coming up just short (like literally 3 inches short) of the championship title. The girls went 4-0 in pool play, taking the #1 seed. Then went 3-1 in bracket play, falling to Team All-American 3-2 in the semis. On Championship Sunday they came back in ITB to win their place in the Championship game to face Team All-American again, this time winning 9-1 forcing a final rematch for the gold. They fought hard and came up just shy of a walk-off win with a final 5-4 loss. Olivia Balaziuk was awarded the tournament Offensive MVP award and Christina Kish was awarded the tournament Defensive MVP award! We couldn’t be more proud of what this team has accomplished!
This was one of the most fun seasons to watch! As a team, they ended with a 43-14 record over the 2025-2026 season with 2 championships and 1 runner-up out of 6 completed tournaments. We also competed in 3 showcases this summer with great performances by all the girls. They worked hard together, laughed together, and supported each other through it all. There were amazing plays in the infield and outfield all season. Leaping and diving catches, double plays and precision relays demonstrating the level of teamwork they worked hard to build. Individually there were some highlights over the season as well. Savannah surpassed 100K’s for the 2025-2026 season on the mound! 🥎 At the plate Kyla had 9 Homeruns (at least one in every tournament this summer), Christina had 1 HR and 2 Grand Slams, Camryn had 3 HR, Bella had 2 HR, Savannah had 2 HR and Peyton had 1 HR! 💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣
