Join us to celebrate 🎋 Tanabata 🌟(AKA Star Festival)! We will learn about the legend behind the celebration that happens traditionally between July and August in Japan, write your wishes on a tanzaku, do some origami or other arts & crafts, and have some Japanese/summer themed snacks and refreshments!

✅Please RSVP by Thursday, July 9th, by emailing [email protected], so we have a better idea of how many supplies and snacks to bring!

The Lehigh Valley JAJAJA members gathered this month to enjoy connecting with each other and trying our local Japanese restaurant! 🇯🇵 ❤️ 🇺🇸
We have such a multicultural group and each with our own connection to Japan or Japanese culture!

Thank you to Rudy and the 24 East Asian Bistro team for accommodating our large group!

Thanks for everyone who braved the minus freezing 🥶 weather yesterday to bring heart warming delicious food to share with our community! We celebrated the beginning of a new year, a new revival of the Lehigh Valley JAJAJA community, with great enthusiasm and energy! 💞 🎍

The Bethlehem Tondabayashi Sister City Commission presented on the history of the 60+years of sister city relationship! Thanks for being a great partner. Looking forward to the Sakura Matsuri on 3/28! 🌸
