LI STEM Pop Ups: We had one goal, expose kids to STEM and show them that “possibilities are endless.” We are proud to say “WE DID IT!”

Our team popped up in parks and even a summer school to bring the magic of STEM to kids in the DMV! Big shout out to Milani J., ME major for leading the team.🙌🏼

More than just lessons for banking, this was a session about life.

Dushanti Peiris, VP M&T Bank Rockville Branch, sat down with a select group of LI students and interns, sharing knowledge that extended beyond traditional banking topics. They learned about the importance of character, responsible spending habits, and the integration of credit, ethics, and integrity into their financial decisions.

I love our partners M&T Bank.

You know a system is thriving when the results are good! Raymond and Jayden of LI@Northwest dared to put the leadership lesson at work. The lesson: refusing to quit and focus on the creatively using the resources you have. The result, a project advocating for open lunch. We are soooo proud🙌🏼!leadersinstitute
