We’re getting ready to enter a new Rotary year - and with it comes our new theme: Create Lasting Impact.

After a year of strengthening connections through Unite for Good, we now take the next step. This year’s message encourages us, as People of Action, to turn those connections into meaningful, sustainable change - in our communities, around the world, and in our own lives.

Here’s to a year of creating impact that lasts.

We’re looking forward to another inspiring Friday morning at NBRC!

This week we’re excited to welcome this year’s RYLA students to our club. They attended the RYLA leadership gathering in February, and they’ll be joining us to share what they learned and how the experience has shaped them. Help us give them a warm NBRC welcome!

We’re also delighted to have Dhardon Sharlin with us - an interdisciplinary scholar‑activist with more than 20 years of experience in public advocacy communication, democracy promotion, and gender and climate justice. She currently lectures at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is the founder of the TenDrel Initiative.
Full bio is available on our website.

The meeting will begin with a 3‑minute talk by Sadiq Amini.

What an evening we had!

Rotary Club of North Bethesda’s Annual Charter Night this past Saturday was everything our club stands for.
We came together the way we always do - we talked, we awarded, we ate, and we enjoyed every moment.

A big thank‑you to Maggiano’s for hosting us again this year. The food, the atmosphere, and the company made it a night to remember.
