What We Do
Each of our projects is quite different, but they are unified by a philosophy and approach. GENERATIONAL CHANGE. We facilitate generation-wide shifts in health, education, income, and opportunity by focusing on critical groups of people who can catalyze changes for many others. We aren’t going for a fast, wide impact, but patient, deep shifts that will last forever. COLLABORATION. There
are many organizations, governments, and talented individuals working in Nepal, but often too little collaboration, even within each of these. Most problems cut across multiple sectors and require dynamic, holistic innovations to address them. Eva Nepal looks at even singular challenges–such as a nationwide lack of oral health care–from many perspectives, and works at the cross section of traditionally isolated arenas. STRUCTURE & IMAGINATION. At the core of each of our programs is a group of local change-makers affected by the problem at hand. From there, we combine training and rigorous strategic guidance with a culture of creativity, empathy and humor that leads to innovation.
