☀️ What a beautiful day out at Moraine paddleboarding yesterday!

A huge thank you to Ian and the SurfSUP team for another amazing experience. Our participants had a wonderful time learning, exploring, and making memories on the water.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. Check out the awesome video Ian put together highlighting the adventure!

Join Lawrence County Autism Warriors on Tuesday, June 16th from 2–4 PM at Moraine State Park for an inclusive and fun paddleboarding experience!

Participants will:
🏄 Learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding
🌊 Enjoy a guided adventure on the lake
💙 Participate at their own comfort and ability level

Individuals with autism are welcome to bring up to TWO people with them to enjoy this small group experience.

ALL ability levels are welcome and encouraged to attend!

A HUGE THANK YOU to the Ellwood City Baseball Boosters for generously fundraising for our group for the THIRD year in a row! We are absolutely blown away by your generosity and continued efforts to spread autism awareness, acceptance, and inclusion throughout our community.

We would also like to thank the staff members of Ellwood City Area School District for raising money through a jeans day to support our organization. Your kindness and support mean more than words can express!

Every dollar raised will go directly toward providing more sensory-friendly experiences and opportunities for individuals with autism and their families within our community.

💙🐴 The Lawrence County Autism Warriors are excited to announce that we will once again be partnering with Storm Harbor Equestrian Center for Therapeutic Riding Lessons this summer! 🐴💙

Lessons are available for individuals with autism on the following dates from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM:

📅 June 11
📅 July 2
📅 July 9
📅 August 6
📅 August 20

We will be filling spots for 8 individuals per session. Depending on interest and availability, participants may have the opportunity to attend multiple sessions!

Please note: all participants are required to complete paperwork, including a medical form signed by their pediatrician, prior to participation.

We hope families will take advantage of this wonderful opportunity this summer! 💙
