Only a few nights left until our temporary Code Blue Shelter closes for the season! We have 2 gentlemen in need of sweat pants and multiple guests in need of travel backpacks. If this is something you can help with (gently used or new!) please drop them off at the Eagle Hose Co. banquet room, 325 South Mercer Street, Berwick (door is on the side closet to the river), Sunday, Monday or Tuesday 6pm-10pm. Thank you everyone for helping our community members in need!

Dec 18th we were finally able to turn on the blue light and open the doors to the code blue shelter. Since opening day we have already provided a warm, safe place with hot meals for 34 people! 34 can you believe that?

But we didn’t do it alone. We want to thank every single person that attended the meetings, the ones who spoke up, the ones who supported us, the ones who donated supplies to code blue. And let’s not forget the awesome volunteers and cooks who have used their time to help code blue! Your time, compassion and dedication have not gone unnoticed and we are blessed to have you along this journey! 🫶🏼
