A reminder- The town is hosting an event downtown tomorrow- Sat, Aug 1st.
The streets will be closed downtown, therefore we made the difficult decision to close the gym Saturday Aug 1st from 2pm-9pm;

Please plan your workouts after 9am and before 2pm; or after 9pm..

Yes, our female and youth sessions will be taking place as scheduled.

Another event on the books! We had an amazing crowd that came to support the amazing boxers. It was an exciting night with over 15 bouts.. If you didn't make it out, you missed an electric evening!

Thank you to our volunteers! You are the stars of the weekend with all your help. We could not do these shows without your assistance.

Congratulations to all the winners, and future winners! Every bout is a learning opportunity- whether it's the 1st time, or the 100th time. It takes strength and dedication to step in the ring.

Congratulations to Kyle Bertrand for his win! A great accomplishment juggling between dedicated coach to training for his own bout!

Also, Congratulations to our boxers Felix, Jasper and Isaac for your 1st time stepping in the ring! You are all stars!

As the dust settles from this event; we will be working hard to prepare for the next one.
