What an incredible moment for the Teen Center!

Our Alumni Association Vice President, Justin, had the opportunity to be there for the check presentation and help celebrate this amazing investment in the next generation of Teen Center kids.

It’s pretty special to see our alumni still showing up and being part of moments like this and even more exciting to think about what this gift will mean for the teens coming up behind them.

Last night was a reminder that once you’re part of the Teen Center family, you’ll always have a place here. ❤️

A group of our alumni got together to catch up, share what they’ve been up to, laugh about old memories, and make a few new ones. It’s amazing to see that the friendships built within these walls continue long after graduation.

The Teen Center may have been where our stories started, but it definitely wasn’t where they ended. Here’s to staying connected, cheering each other on, and proving that this community lasts far beyond high school.

There’s nothing better than seeing our alumni continue to show up for the next generation!

Today, some of our alumni stopped by to support and help out the Berwick Youth Action Board’s ring toss and dirty soda stand at Berwick Area United Way’s Celebrate Berwick event.

Giving back to the community that helped shape you is what being part of the For The Cause family is all about!

We had a great time volunteering at the Stuart Tank Memorial Association’s World War II Weekend alongside members of the Berwick Youth Action Board!

This has become one of our favorite events each year. It’s always a fun way to give back, connect with the community, and spend time serving alongside the next generation of leaders. We love opportunities like this that bring YAB members and alumni together.

The Youth Action Board Alumni Association is proud to announce the first scholarships awarded through the Youth Action Board Alumni Association Fund established in partnership with the Community Giving Foundation.

This milestone represents something much bigger than financial support. It represents a commitment to investing in the next generation of young leaders and continuing the legacy of service that began through the Youth Action Board.

As Clara Smith, President of the Youth Action Board Alumni Association, shared:

"Seeing these scholarships awarded is incredibly meaningful because it represents the full circle of the Youth Action Board experience. Many of us were once students who benefited from the support, mentorship, and opportunities provided through the Youth Action Board. Creating this fund allows us to invest in the next generation of leaders and continue the legacy of service that shaped our own lives."

Congratulations to this year's recipients: Caden Getty, Amaro Galliani, and Malaia Hart. Each has demonstrated a commitment to leadership, service, and making a positive impact in their communities.

For recipient Amaro Galliani, the scholarship serves as a reminder of the impact the program has had on his journey:

"Receiving this scholarship made me feel deeply valued for my years of involvement with the Youth Action Board. It is meaningful to be recognized by a program that has played such an important role in my growth and experiences."

We are honored to support these outstanding young leaders as they pursue their next chapter and look forward to seeing the impact they continue to make.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Alumni Association Fund and helped make this milestone possible. This is only the beginning. ❤️

Last night, our Youth Action Board Alumni Association had the opportunity to celebrate alongside the Berwick, Benton, and Bloomsburg Youth Action Boards as they wrapped up another incredible year and honored 8 amazing seniors! We were proud to award scholarships to graduating seniors and celebrate all they have accomplished. We are so proud of each of them and cannot wait to see what the future holds!

A message from Danielle and the FTC board:

As Raise the Region wraps up, we want to shine a huge spotlight on someone truly extraordinary: Kaite, our incredible marketing coordinator and so much more!

Kaite’s journey with us began on the Youth Action Board in high school, and she’s continued to give back through the YAB Alumni Association, as a program coordinator at the Teen Centers during her college breaks, and now in her role helping tell our story and connect with the community. She’s an absolute rockstar! Brilliant, creative, hardworking, and endlessly inspiring. The teens adore her, and it’s no wonder as she brings energy, joy, and heart to everything she does.

Kaite isn’t just a team member, she’s a force for good in our community. Her dedication, passion, and talent make everything we do possible, and she leaves a positive mark on everyone she meets. We are endlessly grateful for her, and we couldn’t do what we do without her. 🫶🏼

This year, Kaite poured her heart into the Raise the Region campaign, working tirelessly behind the scenes to share our story, engage our community, and make the campaign a success. Her effort truly made a difference!

Thank you, Kaite, for being amazing every single day! You inspire us, the teens, and everyone in our community
