Due to an incident of p**p in the pool, the pool is closed effective immediately for cleaning and sanitation. Further details on the incident are being looked into, and an email will be sent out to the community as soon as possible regarding a timeline for re-opening.

Good afternoon Heritage Ridge Residents,


To provide an update and some transparency, we learned that the pool had been contaminated with a highly contagious bacteria.

We have been working closely with the health department and following their instructions and recommendations.

For the safety and wellbeing of all residents and their family members, this is why the hard decision was made to close the pool until Tuesday.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we resolve this matter.

This message is to inform you of the date change for the 2024 Budget Hearing. The meeting will now be held in-person on November 27th, 2023 at 5:00 PM at the Berthoud Recreation Center. The meeting will start with the required Town Hall meeting, followed immediately by the Budget Hearing.

Heritage Ridge - Native Grass Re-Seeding Information

Hello Heritage Ridge Residents,

Unfortunately, it was too windy yesterday for our contractor to begin spraying. Our contractor is still aiming to begin the spraying efforts today, if the wind has dissipated. If not, we will need to spray early in the week next week.

Now that the gifts have been opened, dinner has been enjoyed, and the guests are headed home, it's time to start thinking about what to do with the Christmas tree. The Town of Berthoud is accepting decoration and tinsel-free Christmas trees from December 26 through January 7th at the Parks & Forestry building located at 100 10th Street (Just north of Bein Park). They will accept trees from 7:00 am -3:30 pm only - Please do not leave them outside the gate. (Violators will be ticketed.) For more information please call 970-532-4256.
