Just a reminder that today’s Berthoud Adaptive Park Grand Opening has been postponed.

Please do not come to the park today. We are working as hard as we can to secure a new date and will share updates as soon as we have them.

With a very heavy heart, we’re sharing that the Berthoud Adaptive Park Grand Opening originally planned for May 30 will need to be postponed.

Due to ongoing nearby construction and related safety/liability concerns, we were informed that the site will not be ready for public access in time for the planned opening weekend.

This is deeply disappointing for everyone who has poured years of love, work, advocacy, and support into bringing this park to life. We know many families, supporters, sponsors, and community members were looking forward to celebrating together this month.

At this time, we are working closely with the developer and project partners to better understand timing for completion and public access. We will share updated information as soon as we know more.
