What an amazing day of hands-on learning!
Today, students in Ms. Davis’s Culinary Arts pathway classes got a firsthand look at MREs (Meals Ready-to-Eat)! Students learned how MREs are made, how they have evolved over time, and the important role they play in providing meals for the brave men and women who serve in our military.

A huge THANK YOU to SSG Ballesteros, SGT Edwards, and PFC Morales of the Arkansas National Guard for taking the time to share their knowledge and provide our students with such an engaging and memorable learning experience!

We are so grateful for opportunities like this that bring real-world learning into the classroom! ❤️🤍💙

Such a great day at COLA!!! 4 of our chapter officers were able to network with chapter officers from across the state and attend breakout sessions on Parliamentary Procedure, Public Speaking, STAR Events, and National Programs; while Ms. Davis attended the adviser trainings!! We even got to reconnect with BHS FCCLA Alum Autumn B. who is a freshman at UARK!!

Today we celebrate the future educators who are already making a difference! 💙
45 students in Ms. Davis’s Introduction to Education, Early Childhood Education 1, and Early Childhood Education 2 classes are getting hands-on experience throughout the Berryville School District and local childcare centers. From observing classrooms to working directly with children, these students are learning what it truly means to be an educator! 📚✏️🧸
We are so proud of these future teachers and the time, effort, and heart they are putting into their education. Who knows? The next generation of Berryville teachers may already be in these classrooms! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫❤️
