Well... it's been a min.
We decided to take a day, and just go exploring some of the countryside of Oklahoma. So, along with our friend Jason, we went to the Blue River here in Oklahoma. Here is a brief video of that excursion...

Our current "temporary" parking spot. We have some wonderfull friends Doug and Susan, who have graciously offered us a spot to park on their yard, and so we set up our "temporary" greywater drainage line. Works excellently!

So... We went over to the Church House that we have been attending since arriving here in Garvin County, to volunteer our time. We didnt realize that our church had "Lake front property"!!! Lol

Almost more like an Island, actually.

CrossRoads Church, is located in Paul's Valley, Oklahoma, also the same town the Tornado happened overnight. We have more rain, and stormy weather forecasted for this eve.

Well... we had an "interesting" day today...

Who knew(we sure didn't) that the Movie, "Foot Loose" was based on the real Oklahoma town of Elmore City, which just so happens to be only a few moments down the road from us! So, today, we went to the festival.

It was good, to just get out and mingle. However, there was a tragic moment this afternoon, when during the lawn mower races, one woman had a very unfortunate accident when her throttle got stuck wide open, and she ended up crashing head on, into a parked truck....

Our prayers are with her that she didnt have to much trauma. It didnt look good, however 😥😞

Sooooooo.... it's been a while, y'all! We decided to buy a new water heater. Paid about $148. on Amazon. It's not much different from the other unit we have, but just decided to upgrade. Word of caution... Don't trust that the inlets are marked properly!!! We connected it all up, as marked, even though I felt it was wrong. It was a miracle I didnt ruin the unit!
