🛍️ SCHOOL STORE COMING ON SEPTEMBER 10th 🛍️

A Griswold favorite – an opportunity for your student to shop for their very own novelty school supplies, fun squishies, and more.

We need all hands-on-deck for volunteers – this is such a great opportunity to help your student’s classroom shop, count money, make those tough purchase decisions, and keep things running smoothly!

🎡💙 Berlin Fair is almost here - and the BEST day to go is Friday, September 18th! Why you ask? Friday is for the kids! The day to have your wristband that gets you unlimited rides, maximum excitement, and kids who suddenly believe they have the stomach of a superhero.

🎟️ Unlimited Ride Wristbands: Just $25 and valid ONLY on Friday, 9/18. A portion of every wristband supports the Berlin Upbeat Program, and $2 from each ticket sold through Griswold comes right back to Griswold Parents Club to help fund the events our kids love.

The Griswold Parents Club's work goes far beyond fundraising. Through beloved events like Book Fairs, Gingerbread Night, Glow Dance, Holiday Shop and Stroll, and Tie Dye Day, we build community, spark joy, and create the traditions that make Griswold feel like home.

🚀 We’re kicking off our first fundraiser of the year, running now through September 11, and this one is packed with all the good stuff: gift items, snacks, home goods, seasonal favorites, apparel, and kid friendly accessories - all organized into easy shopping categories your student can browse.

Be sure to check those backpacks for the flyer. You’ll find everything you need to get started, including how to help your student get registered at ShopFund.com using Group Code: 837UW if they haven’t already.

Let’s make this fundraiser our strongest start yet, every purchase helps support the events and experiences our kids love.

No time for questions..just action. Tuesday, Sept 8th at 6:30pm in the Griswold Library. That’s right, our first Griswold Parents Club meeting of the year is coming up, and if you’re IN, you get:
• Early access to volunteer opportunities
• The inside scoop on all the fun events
• A say in shaping the school year
• And bragging rights that you showed up like a responsible adult

If you’re OUT, well...sorry, you’re already in.
We will have Berlin Upbeat there to help keep an eye on any school age kiddos needing help.

AND ONE MORE THING. After the meeting, we’re heading to Hop Haus for an informal chat - the kind where ideas flow, friendships form, and someone inevitably says, “Wait, that’s actually a great event idea.”

Meet & Greet tomorrow at Griswold. Come say hi, meet our amazing teachers, and prepare for excitement because the Kona Ice truck will be calling their soul. It's a great way to catch up with new and old friends!

Kindergarten – 2nd Grade: 1:30pm - 2:00pm
3rd Grade – 5th Grade: 2:30pm - 3:00pm

Griswold Parents Club is keeping the tradition of “sugar + excitement = unstoppable chaos” alive, and will be treating all of our teachers to their own Kona Ice!

Alright Griswold fam...Meet & Greet is coming whether we’re emotionally prepared or not. Kids are pumped. Parents are pretending to be pumped. Teachers are already labeling things. It’s happening!!

On Wednesday, August 26th, come to Griswold and meet the amazing teachers who will guide our kiddos this year!
⏰ Kindergarten – 2nd Grade: 1:30pm - 2:00pm
⏰ 3rd Grade – 5th Grade: 2:30pm - 3:00pm

And because chaos tastes better with something sweet, Griswold Parents Club brought Kona Ice BACK! Reward yourself for showing up. Reward your kid for being adorable. Reward your sanity for hanging in there. And Griswold Parents Club will reward the teachers. 😉
