Had to pick something up at the shed yesterday, so we sorted the last of the donations from Scouting for Food…. 5,500 items, a new record!!!

Thank you again to the many, many people who helped out and donated!

BERLIN, YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!

When we stopped sorting for the day today, we had 5,201 items for the GIFT food pantry. 5,201!!!!

We’ll have someone going around in a few hours for a last sweep for the day for folks whose houses were missed or whose bags went out late. We are super close to our record for our biggest Scouting for Food food drive we’ve ever done, fingers crossed we’ll have a new record!

If you are in Berlin and your donation wasn’t picked up, no problem! Text or call Mike at 856-287-2155 and someone will come by and get your donation.

Scouting for Food!

Troop 48 - Berlin, NJ and Pack 48 are going door to door in Berlin Borough passing out bags for Scouting for Food today! We will pick up next Saturday, November 22, starting at 8 am!

Please leave your bag with nonperishable items by your front door!

No bag? Bag blew away in this wind? Leave a bag or box labeled “Scouts” or “Food Drive” by your front door.

November Pack Meeting! Made thank you cards for the veterans at the Berlin VFW, had a Lego hunt, had a cup stacking game, and played the “messy room” game.

Pack 48 is for boys and girls grades K to 5! We meet most Thursday nights. Any time is a great time to join, contact us to come visit one of our meetings and activities! Adventure is waiting, what are you waiting for?
