Due to the upcoming holidays, the Ocean Pines Community Center will be closed for table tennis on Wednesday December 24th, Friday December 26th, and Wednesday December 31st. We are open for play on Monday December 29th and resume our normal schedule starting Friday January 2nd. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

More awards for two OP TT club members. At last weekend's National Senior Games in Des Moines, Iowa, Dan Green won the Gold Medal for Men's Doubles 75-79. Dan and Halina Shadle won 5th place for Mixed Doubles 75-79 (see photo). Dan also won 7th place for Men's Singles 75-79.

They did it again. Two club members won medals at this year's Maryland Senior Olympics. Dan Green won the Gold Medal for Men's Singles 75-79 and the Gold Medal for Men's Doubles 75-79. Dan and Halina Shadle won the Gold Medal for Mixed Doubles 75-79.

Schedule change! During the summer, we are playing only on Mondays and Wednesdays 6-8pm. There is no play on Fridays until September when we change back to M-W-F noon-2pm.

Starting Monday July 16, our playing hours change to the summer schedule which is M-W-F 6-8pm. In September, and for the rest of the school year, we resume our regular schedule which is M-W-F noon-2pm.

There will be no table tennis at Ocean Pines next Monday and Wednesday (April 21 and April 23) due to the replacement of the gym floor. From Friday April 25 to Friday June 9, the TT club will meet in the Assateague room and will play on Mondays and Fridays only, no Wednesdays. We return to the gym on June 16 to start our summer schedule which is M-W-F 6-8pm.

There will be no table tennis at the Ocean Pines Recreation Center on Wednesday Feb. 12 due to the kitchen floor being painted. Hopefully it will dry by Friday so we can get our tables out of storage.
