Listen to this… it feels quite accurate. The regime of mind tells a different story than what is happening at a more fundamental level. The ‘self’ is not solid, we just need to feel as if it were. We actually do have access to that more fundamental experience. If you pay attention to your perception, trying to freeze moments, allows awareness to become present to the momentum of time’s unfolding.

“The Complexity of the Intimate” is a two-part, experiential workshop that explores intimacy not just as romantic closeness, but as the everyday ways we learn to be present, honest, and connected with ourselves and others.

Drawing on somatic practices, meditation, and insights from teachers like bell hooks, adrienne maree brown, Tarthang Tulku and Lama Rod Owens.
