Huge selection of DVD and CD sets of history, science, arts and letters, music, math and physics and more. Starting at $7 for new, sealed sets, decreasing precipitously from there. Yes, you can stream or rent these, but for these prices you can own the media and course books and proceed at your own pace.

Huge CD sale at the Friends Central Library bookstore, starts July 20 and runs through the end of the month. We have been hoarding some really terrific classical CDs (and some unusual popular music), but our storage space is limited so come help us out. Most CDs will be $1, but expect reduced pricing on many.

Think board books, picture books, learning to read, series and graphic novels, plus fiction for teens…even coloring books!
