This is a friendly reminder to join us for the Sacred Plants of the Brightest Nights plant talk with our Chief Garden Steward, Bob Otis. With over 40 years of experience, Bob is sure to deliver an insightful and engaging session on the wondrous world of tropane-bearing nightshades.

This is currently a no cost gathering -- come share community and/or help with sacred plant gardening and preparation!

Today is a big day for Sacred Garden Community at our beloved Portal Community Center.

Join us for our Sunday service at 11AM in person or online to meet new friends, learn more about sacred plants/fungi/molecules and build your community of care, respect and trust.

Come back at 7PM for our new Authentic Relating Evening led by Jeffrey Billings

Getting real and getting free! Join us as we come together to learn, practice and grow. Through a series of structured group activities, we will observe our habitual ways of relating to others, discover how we construct our reality, increase our emotional intelligence and relational awareness, receive valuable feedback about how others see us, learn new and powerful ways to create connection and trust, build community, and have fun in the process! Each evening will include a grounding practice, check-ins, ice breakers with authentic relating games, and a deeper dive with processes such as Circling, T-Group or ZEGG Forum. Expect to be warmly welcomed, encouraged to contribute to mutually creating a safe and supportive container, invited to stretch your comfort zone, inspired to express yourself authentically and receive others with empathy and understanding, and be deeply seen.

Jeffrey Billings has been studying, practicing, facilitating and playing with a broad range of authentic relating methods for more than 20 years, including Circling, T-Group, AR games, ZEGG Forum, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). He also conducts conflict mediation, restorative circles and heart circle processes. His passion for this work is rooted in the essential purpose of building community through facilitating connection.

Black Seeds Project presents Candlelight Nature Meditation & Restorative Yoga.

This is an intimate space that provides intentional rest and nature based meditation. We will gather this Spring and Summer as reminders that even as the sun shines brightly we can still prioritize the sacred medicine of quality time for self and community. BIPOC prioritized, open to all.
