On Twitter: (UPDATES)

1. If you use the hashtag , your announcements might be visible at the daily curated newsletter, FPACC Review at bit.ly/npToYK

Everyone in the twitter world (this could be millions!) who include hashtag in their tweets will read each other's tweets. A hashtag is like a general category. No one has used --- so let's start using this!

2. Lorna Dietz (our Media Executive Director for Branding at FPACC Headquarters Global Communications, OWI, TGMC) had set up her own curation about Social Media tips (which has videos) on how to effectively use Facebook and Twitter. You can check out the tips at http://bit.ly/mtsaSI.

3. We opened a twitter user name , moderated by the Global Communications team headed by Ed Orpina. To follow this twitter account, go to http://Twitter.com/FPACCGlobalComm. You can also address your tweet directly to . Just put the name in the beginning of your tweet (or at the end of your tweet, whichever is your preference). The result is that every follower of will see your tweet.

4. FPACC Global Comm also created a daily curated newsletter, http://paper.li/FPACCGlobalComm/1313355032, or shortened URL http://bit.ly/r2YAWT. This newsletter features the tweets of and the twitter users it follows. Hope this is helpful to all of you!

CONGRATULATIONS to all the Officers and Members of the Board of FPACC 2022-2024.

I look forward to the consistent commitment of every chapter to promote local and think global as we move to a different chapter bridging US-PH Trade and Commerce and other mutually beneficial initiatives under a new Philippine President. Private Industry is vital to economic growth and no investment is too small.

Political events and conflicts worldwide, puts the Philippines’ geographic position at the crossroads of global security; logistics; information Highway and access to the Pacific Sea lanes for major countries. Water problems that impact food security in the region gives the rich PHILIPPINE soils the chance to grow food instead of importing basic staples. There are hundreds of opportunities to be tapped even in the manufacturing arena.

Strengthen the Federation with well placed leaders who are experts in their fields. Your collective is more powerful than you think and unity of purpose is very important!

Good luck to everyone!
