June is PTSD Awareness Month.
PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed trauma. It may show up as anxiety, nightmares, flashbacks, feeling on edge, avoiding reminders, or feeling disconnected from others. Healing is possible, and support is available. No one should have to navigate trauma alone.
