MAC Ice House

MAC Ice House MAC fosters a vibrant art community in Berkeley Springs. For over 40 years, it has provided a platform for artists of all disciplines.

The Ice House hosts exhibitions, performances, workshops, and events that celebrate the arts' transformative power. Known to all as MAC, the Morgan Arts Council produces a year 'round program of community arts including a summer concerts in the park series, arts in the schools, after school arts, curated gallery shows in the Ice House special gallery, the Ice House Theater Project, Ice House Concerts, art classes for adults -- and more!

Want to dive deeper into your work? Come early for a Poetry Roundtable from 5:30–6:30 PM, where you can workshop current projects in a supportive, collaborative space.

The Morgan Arts Council is proud to present the MAC Mini Masterpieces, a vibrant showcase of creativity from across our community—now open for bidding!

🌟 Stardust opens Thursday!🌍

Six short plays inspired by the life and works of David Bowie come together in this readers-theater style production put on by the Ice House Theater Project for ONE WEEKEND ONLY! Stardust is under the direction of Allison Quensen Blatt.

Starting Thursday, May 7th (Pay-What-You-Can) and ending Saturday, May 10th! Tickets are on sale now for $17 for adults, $14 for MAC Members, and $9 for students and can be purchased online at our website: macicehouse.org or at the door. This play may not be suitable for students under 17 due to its language.

Don't forget! Let your little ones find their voice this summer in a fun, supportive, and music-filled environment!

🎤 Little Broadway Stars
• Ages 3–5
• Monday–Friday | 10 AM – 12 PM

A playful introduction to vocal music through singing, games, and creative activities! Campers will explore rhythm, melody, and the magic of performance while building confidence and a love for music.
(Please note: campers must be potty-trained.)

🎵 Cadence Kids
• Ages 6–10
• Monday–Friday | 1 PM – 4 PM
• $80
Perfect for young singers ready to grow! Campers will develop vocal technique, musical expression, and stage presence through group singing, exercises, and performance practice—ending with a final showcase for family and friends.
