La Leche League of Berkeley Heights Volunteer, mother-to-mother breastfeeding support group. Leaders host monthly meetings, and answer phone calls and e-mails.

If you're pregnant, a new mom, or someone who wishes to find more information about breastfeeding, or help other breastfeeding moms, we're here to help!

The Y offers us private use of their babysitting room, where there is plenty to entertain the little ones while we moms chat and catch up. Even if you're not having any breastfeeding issues, please come and join us! Another mom might benefit from your experience, and it's also just a great opportunity to spend time with like-minded women.

A reminder that while membership is not at all mandatory, and you are welcome at our meetings for as long as you wish without ever joining, your dues do help to support our group in many ways. Membership is $40/year, so if you're interested in joining, please bring a check made out to LLL of Berkeley Heights. We appreciate your support!

Just a reminder that La Leche League of Berkeley Heights will be holding its next meeting this Wednesday, September 20, at 1:00pm. **Please note the new day and time.** We meet in the babysitting room of the Berkeley Heights YMCA. It's a great space for conversation, with lots of toys to entertain the little ones, and the Y keeps it private for us during our meetings. Please bring a healthy snack to share, if you can. The YMCA is a nut-free facility.

The Berkeley Heights YMCA is located at 550 Springfield Avenue in Berkeley Heights. Parking is across from the main entrance in the lot shared with the Station House Cafe or along Springfield Avenue.
