Beresford Faith in Action is a 501c3 non profit organization that has assisted individuals & families in need within Beresford & surrounding rural areas since 1998. Beresford FIA provides the following assistance:
* Food Pantry
* Crisis Fund(utility, rent/mortgage)
* BackPack Food Program(Beresford School District-provide food for students over the weekend)
* Angel Tree Christmas Gifts(or

ganize gifts for local children in need)
* Food vouchers to local grocery store
* Holiday food baskets

Our food pantry hours are Thursdays from 1-6pm. (Clients can call our office 605-763-8019 to setup another time to receive food if they are unable to make it on Thursdays or if they need us to deliver food to their home.) Also, Individuals in need of utility/rent assistances or other concerns can call the FIA office @ 605-763-8019 &leave their name & contact info.The Director of FIA will call client back to setup an appointment to meet &discuss their situation.

We are seeking additional cereal donations, including boxes of any variety, to support our food pantry. Your contribution or coordination of a cereal drive at your church, school or business would be greatly appreciated to restock our shelves. Donations can be dropped off at any time at Rainy Day Coffee Co. or at Beresford Faith in Action every Thursday from 1-6pm. Thank you!♥️

Angel Tree Christmas Gifts were distributed to 45 local families and 116 children this year! In addition to the angel tree gifts, each family received blankets/quilts, hats/gloves, socks/underwear, a Christmas meal, new children's books (donated by the Beresford Public Library), wrapping paper/tape and hygiene boxes 🎁. God is so good! ❤️. We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed by giving gifts, their time and monetary donations. Beresford Faith in Action couldn't have done it without your support! 🥰
