What happens when talking about it isn’t enough?

Sometimes the insight your coaching client needs doesn’t come from another question. It comes from creating, experimenting, noticing, and experiencing something differently.

Creative Expression: Going Deeper With Your Coaching Clients in a Virtual Setting is an experiential online workshop designed to help coaches bring creative expression into their work, even if you don’t consider yourself an artist.

Across four virtual sessions, you’ll explore creative techniques that can help clients unlock dilemmas, identify personal values, deepen self-discovery, and move from insight toward positive action.

You’ll experience and practice approaches like junk-mail mosaic, 3-D expression, creative marking and writing, partnering with nature, and more, while learning how to adapt these techniques for use with your own coaching clients.

And if you’ve attended this workshop before, there’s something new to explore. Different creative modalities are being introduced this year.

📅 September 28 & 29 + October 5 & 6

Competencies matter.

But coaching isn't only about knowing what to do or asking good questions.

It's about developing the capacity to work with the complexity happening in the moment. It is about self and relational awareness, presence beyond being here in the moment, and understanding of the coaching field as it evolves and changes.

The GPCC™ Coach Certification Program combines ICF Level 2 education with the humanistic depth of Gestalt methodology, so you graduate with both a globally recognized certification education (PCC) and a way of coaching (Gestalt) that stays with you long after the program ends.

The most effective leaders don't just hear what's being said.

They notice what isn't.

When Allison Bruce completed Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's Working with Teams & Groups Program, she says it changed how she leads, teaches, supervises, and shows up in every room.

One lesson transformed everything:
"I learned how to listen to the space between the words and the things that were happening that were unspoken."

If your work involves leading people, you already know that every group has its own dynamics.

Learning to recognize them can change how you facilitate conversations, navigate conflict, and create lasting change.

Not every addiction begins with a substance.
Many begin with a need to survive.
Understanding that changes everything.

Traumatic childhood and life experiences can profoundly shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

For many individuals, addictive behaviors develop as ways to cope with emotional pain, regulate overwhelming experiences, or adapt to difficult circumstances.

Join Rafael Cortina, MBA, LMFT, MAC, CCTP-II, President of the International Association of Advanced Gestalt Therapists (IAAGT), for a two-day experiential workshop exploring the connection between trauma and addiction through a compassionate, relational Gestalt lens.

Many approaches to leadership and professional development begin with strategy, performance, or action.

Gestalt begins with awareness.

It asks us to notice what's happening within ourselves, between ourselves and others, and in the present moment before rushing to solutions.

From that awareness, new possibilities emerge.

It's one of the reasons Gestalt continues to influence coaches, leaders, educators, consultants, therapists, and other helping professionals around the world.

If you've ever wondered what a Gestalt approach to coaching looks like in practice, our upcoming FREE Info Session on July 21st, is an opportunity to explore the program, meet faculty, and ask questions in a relaxed, conversational setting.

Which principle resonates most with your own experience: awareness, curiosity, partnership, experimentation, or whole-person development?

"What do humans do when AI can do more?"

That question led Alhassan, an HR leader with 25 years of experience, to the Gestalt GPCC™ Coach Certification Program.

What he found wasn't just new coaching skills.

He learned how to be more present, work with what is happening in the moment, and lead with greater awareness.

The impact reached far beyond the workplace. His employees noticed. His family noticed. Most importantly, he noticed.

If you're curious about coach training that develops the human skills technology can't replace, this is a story worth hearing.

"Some of the best money I've ever spent."

When Harry Schessel talks about his experience in the Gestalt GPCC™ Coach Certification Program, he describes it as one of the best decisions of his life.

"It was one of the best things I've ever done."

Through the program, he discovered a deeper understanding of himself, learned new ways of relating to others, and developed coaching skills that continue to shape his work today.

"It's a real program. It's going to be challenging, and you're going to get everything that you want out of it."

Our next free info session takes place July 1 from 1:00–2:00 p.m. ET.
