The Lake Elmdale Cleanup today was a success! Thank you to our 22 volunteers who picked up 37 bags of litter from the lake shoreline both on foot and on the water. A special thank you to Know the Flow and Fitz Mechanical, LLC for providing supplies and support. Our next clean up will be the Elk River Float Cleanup at Gracie’s Canoe Camp October 23rd. 💦😊💦

Latest development for the Elk River float cleanup:

We spoke with our outfitter and the consensus is there could be flash flooding, debris in the water, and it would more than likely be raining so we feel like pushing it out would be the safest option. We will plan for a fall float on October 23.😊
Please reach out via messenger or email with any questions.

Pop up clean up at Blue Hole on McKissic Creek in Bentonville, AR. Three volunteers filled two contractor sized trash bags and pulled out an abandoned pool float in about an hour. We do this so the water is litter free, the beaches/gravel bars are safe, and everyone can enjoy the beautiful area we live and play in. As a volunteer you can earn volunteer hours and help keep our Arkansas natural. Reach out if you want to be a part of area cleanups in NW Arkansas!
