Where did June go?! We’re halfway through the summer and it’s been fast and furious but so rich and full🙌🏼

🌲GVBC 2021 was exactly what our hearts needed post the C word that made us skip a year. The Spirit was undeniable as we learned how to stand our ground against the enemy’s feeble schemes

💦🏔After a week of much needed rest, we jumped into PROJECT BYG which was full of swimming at the Aquatic Center, hiking at Devil’s Den and a night at one of our favorite spots in town, Coler Creek!

🍉Along with our Thursday devos, we closed out this month with VBS; the fruit of the Spirit’s not a watermelon, whatcha yellin?! Thank you to all of our teens who helped serve all the little ones, we are so proud of you!!

God is at continually at work and we are having the best time with all of you! As we move into July we pray it is purposeFULL; full of Him, full of life, full of service and full of more memories! Know you’re loved💛

Now who’s ready for the second half of summer?!👊🏼

HE IS GOOD
This week for the first time we entered our newly renovated youth room and we are beyond grateful for this space! Thank you Lord for this gift; this space that will harvest growth and launch us for further discipleship. Thank you to our Bentonville church family, BYG family and a special thank you to our Shepherds for making this a possibility. What a beautiful opportunity to be back in a place full of so many memories and more to come. Lord, we pray you let your Spirit move in our hearts here. Reign over this space.

WELCOME HOME BYG
YOU ARE LOVED

*swipe to see our youth room a year and a day ago; empty due to 2020 and now we’re here. God you are so cool.

Please join us in praying for the McGee family as they lost their home to a fire last night. Thankfully everyone is safe! Several have already asked ways they can help and when more knowledge of specific ways to tangibly help is provided we will notify everyone of a plan we’re developing to best support them.💛 In the meantime, the link below was made by a friend of theirs if you’d like to give financially.

Also listed in the comments is a link to our church donation page, just note “McGee family”

+ for those that are local you are also welcome to drop off gift cards, cash or checks for the McGee’s at our Bentonville Church office

We are just a few, of many, who love the McGee family of Decatur, AR. All of them are than… Joshua Bohannon needs your support for Help Wes and Bailey Rebuild
