“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”
― Paul Coelho

In my experience, it's difficult to become a good horse person until we "un-become" all of the human things that get in the way of that magical dance that we all dream of.

Horsemanship at its BEST, is the process of allowing our horses to mirror back to us the things we struggle with, and then making a courageous effort to develop ourselves to the point where we get to give the best of ourselves to our horses.
..AND then we get the best of them in return! Just like magic! 🦄

Stop comparing and measuring. LACK is NOT who you are!

Give yourself and your horse more grace, more love, more gratitude, and more joy! THAT'S who you are!

It isn't about being perfect. Releasing a bit of the "stuff" that's not really us one day at a time is enough. ❤️

Go hug your horse!🥰🐴

Yes! ❤️

I've been a therapist for almost 20 years now, and I have noticed a huge change in the past several years. Many people are operating from a place of defensiveness and aggression, rather than compassion and connection.

There are many factors influencing this shift on a personal, community, and global level. In order to pull out of this spiral, we must work to heal ourselves, our families, our neighborhood, and the world. Remember to breathe, reach out, enjoy the little things, and be gentle with yourself and the people (and creatures, and the Earth) around you. ❤️❤️

It's all about the LOVE! 🥰
