A Brand New feature to Conclave this year is the Behind The Scenes Shows Tour. Many Months of work goes into these shows, and now you can see what all it takes to put on the one best shows in the Nation. Conclave Recreation returns for its 2nd year. Recreation is a great way to represent your lodge as you compete head-to-head with other lodges to receive points for the REC award. Below are the amazing events that you can participate in!

Service is a core part of the Order of the Arrow, and this year’s 2026 Section E8 Cardinal Conclave will include meaningful opportunities to give back to the community. During the weekend, participants will have the chance to take part in two special service projects: Book Drive and a 2 Part Marine Conservation Project

The Book Drive will take place at check in. Every Arrowman in attendance is encouraged to bring a book to donate. The donated books need to be in good condition and for 6th grade reading level and below. These books will help provide young readers with more opportunities to learn, explore, and enjoy reading. All donated books will go to the Friends of Southern Pines Library

Part 1: Creating Oyster Bags for Living Shorelines
In partnership with the UNCW Marine Science Center, participants will help assemble oyster bags used to build living shorelines. These oyster structures help reduce coastal erosion, improve water quality, and create important habitats for marine life. Arrowmen will directly contribute to protecting and restoring North Carolina’s coastal ecosystems.

Part 2: Building Artificial Reefs
Participants will also work with Rink2Reef to help create artificial reef structures. These reefs are designed to be placed in the ocean where they provide new habitats for fish and other marine species, helping strengthen marine ecosystems and support biodiversity.
