Some milestones are worth more than a celebration—they’re worth a moment of reflection.
This year, we’re proud to honor two incredible anniversaries:

✨ 25 years of NextUp
⛳ 20 years of the LPGA in Northwest Arkansas

For decades, these organizations have done more than host events. They’ve created opportunities. Built communities. Inspired confidence. Opened doors. And helped countless women see what’s possible for their careers, their leadership, and their futures.

As we prepare for the 2026 Walmart Women’s Empowerment Summit, we’re celebrating the impact of those who came before us while investing in the leaders who will shape what’s next.

Because every connection made, every lesson learned, every opportunity created, and every barrier broken creates a ripple effect that extends far beyond a single event.

Here’s to 25 years of advancing women in business.
Here’s to 20 years of championing excellence in women’s sports.

And here’s to a future defined by even greater possibilities. 💜 ✨

✨ Here's your reminder:
You don't have to have it all figured out to keep growing.
The best leaders aren't perfect - they're resilient. They're curious. They give themselves grace while continuing to evolve.

That's why this year's theme, Grace & Growth, matters so much.
Because growth without grace can lead to burnout.
And grace without growth can lead to staying stuck.

This fall, Walmart Women’s Empowerment Summit is making space for both. 🌿✨
For learning. For connection. For confidence. For becoming more of who you're meant to be.

Rooted in kindness. Rising in confidence.
